QM Club ＝ "Each person is a manager"
The QM Club will analyze and improve the following methods.

Analysis / improvement of quality of goods: 5 source principle method (actual place / actual stuff or goods / reality / theory / principle)
Analysis and improvement of work quality: IE method (Industrial Engineering)
Analysis / improvement of product functions: VE method (Value Engineering)

Through activities to improve quality and function using such methods, we aim to realize "growth of each employee" and "growth of the company".

Details of activities

All employees carry out activities once a week, and as a general rule, we aim to complete the theme in 6 months.

We will work with all participants aiming for zero defects by making full use of various methods such as 5 source principle method, IE method, VE method and analysis equipment inside and outside the company.

The company also supports QM club activities to become more active by providing time to concentrate on activities during working hours.

Presentation

Twice a year, representative Club are selected from each section and the results of their activities are announced to all employees.

Awards such as tours of QC Club national conventions and overseas study trips will be given to Clubs that have achieved excellent activity content and significant improvement effects.
Through QC Club national conventions held in various places such as Hokkaido and Okinawa, and cultural tours and experiences overseas, you can spread your knowledge as a person, learn tips and ideas for activities, and get opportunities for further growth.
